We believe effective communication enables parents/carers to support their children and school in improving standards. We do this through:
-
continuing to ‘post’ information on the website and improve its content;
-
improving real-time reporting of children’s e-rewards information and attendance by increasing parental access;
-
printing a termly newsletter and sending home regular letters from pastoral leaders and members of the Leadership Group;
-
encouraging parents to make contact with the school office for any query, questions, compliments, on rare occasions complaints with the expectation of a minimum of a 24 hour or less response; and
-
being contacted by office staff in the case of illness, accident, unexpected attendance or matters causing concerns to staff.
